Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy

We at Skincare Innovations inc. want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. If you have any questions about our policies and procedures, please contact us using e - mail or call us.

Most credit and debit card orders placed by 3 PM Eastern are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

• Expedited orders placed by 3 PM Eastern will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.
• We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Charges & Taxes: Unless a customer provides us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to the acceptance of their order, they are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for Skincare Innovations inc.,  franchise taxes and taxes on Skincare Innovations inc.,  net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.

United States of America

Please note: If you choose the No Signature Required shipping method, you are authorizing the carrier to leave your package at the shipping address provided and are aware that neither Ovante nor the carrier is responsible for any packages after they are delivered.

Skincare Innovations inc. reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Skincare Innovations inc., is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

International Shipping & Handling

Canada

For all Canadian shipments, Skincare Innovations inc., will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Skincare Innovations inc., will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Skincare Innovations inc., will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Please note: We recommend that you choose a shipping method which can be tracked. For non-tracked methods of shipping, Skincare Innovations inc., will not be responsible for lost shipments.

All Other Countries

Customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Skincare Innovations inc., will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Skincare Innovations inc., will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Skincare Innovations inc. will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Skincare Innovations inc., will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for your deliveries.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Payment Options

On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards. Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order

***For customers outside the U.S.A -  all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you.
